Ingredients for Pulled Pork

Pork – The Boston butt is actually pork shoulder, and you may find it labelled either way.

Seasoning – We are using blackening season as a dry rub. It is sometimes labelled as Cajun seasoning.

Vinegar – White wine vinegar is a good substitute for apple cider vinegar, but if you can, just use the acv.

Chipotle pepper sauce – Any Chipotle pepper sauce will do, it adds a little heat and a lot of smoky flavour.

BBQ sauce – I used Sweet Baby Ray’s here, so if you want to get just the right flavour, I highly recommend you do the same.
