Ingredients
Horseradish Sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish (creamy, jarred)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Sandwiches
- 2 sesame hamburger buns, split
- 6 to 8 oz sliced roast beef
- 4 slices Swiss cheese

Directions
- Make the sauce
Stir together the mayonnaise, horseradish, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. - Prepare the buns
Spread horseradish sauce on the cut sides of both the top and bottom buns. (Image 1) - Assemble open-faced
